1. The service

PrepHelp provides software, content discovery, and AI-assisted tools for students. Features may change; we will try not to break your workflow unnecessarily.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information where requested. You are responsible for activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us promptly at moidcloveci@gmail.com.

3. Monitoring and activity data

To operate, secure, and improve the service, we log activity signals such as which features you use, session activity, and time spent in the app. This data is used for security, abuse prevention, product analytics, and administrative oversight. See the Privacy Policy for how this data is stored and used.

4. License to your uploads

By using PrepHelp, you grant us a limited, worldwide license to host, process, transmit, display, and adapt content you upload solely to provide and improve the services, enforce safety, comply with law, and — if you have explicitly opted in — improve our AI systems as described in the Privacy Policy.

You represent that you have the rights needed to upload the files you share.

5. Acceptable use

No unlawful content, harassment, attempts to break security, or attempts to overload the platform. Respect academic integrity policies of your institution when using generated answers.

6. Disclaimers

Materials in the public library are user-generated. PrepHelp does not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular exam outcome. AI output can be wrong — verify critical facts.

7. Payments

Paid plans are processed by our payment partner. Fees, renewals, and refunds follow the checkout disclosures and the Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or risk to the service. You may stop using PrepHelp at any time.
